Construction of the Maungu Plaza in Voi was officially launched with a monumental ground-breaking ceremony on 31st July.
Situated within Voi Central Business District, the four-storey plaza will consist of rental stalls, conferencing, workshop and stay facilities, and office rooms. It will also house Maungu Conservancy’s satellite offices, away from the wild.
The plaza is suitable for all traders: from high-end businesses to small enterprise stalls. This is thanks to its ease of access from the Nairobi-Mombasa highway, connected by a well tarmacked road network.
The plaza will provide housing solutions for the local community while diversifying the income streams of Maungu Conservancy.
